Describe the biggest hurdle or problem you faced before working with us and how did you feel?
It can be difficult when you mainly depend on help in Bookkeeping facebook groups to know who is ‘right’ or whether the answers you get are right. Sometimes that help isn’t very timely either. Sometimes I needed ‘hands on/eyes on help’ where someone could look at the actual issue with me.
